Attachment: Customer_Contribution_Form.zip

Dear Customer,

Please print out and sign the attached form. You can either fax or scan and email back to me for completion.

If you can confirm the dollar amount of the contribution you would like to make, I will make sure this gets processed.

Please note that you will have to sign in two spots. Please let me know if you have any questions.

This malicious email message has an attachment called Ticket_confirmation.zip, which contains the malicious Trojan horse file Ticket_confirmation.scr. Attempts to open this file will infect your computer with a Trojan horse or virus.

When we scanned the file Customer_Contribution_Form.zip, the following threats were detected:

  • W32/Trojan.MYUW-7838
  • Trojan.DownLoad3.28161
  • Win32/Kryptik.CCKF
  • W32/Trojan3.IKP
  • Trojan.Win32.Bublik.coef
  • Trojan.Zbot TROJ_GEN.F0D1H00EL14

Once your computer has become infected with this malicious Trojan horse, the cybercriminals behind this email message will be able to access and take control of your computer remotely from anywhere around the world. They may spy on you, use your computer to commit cyber-crimes, or steal your personal and financial information.

Now, if you have already opened this malicious attachment Customer_Contribution_Form.scr, please do a full scan of your computer with the antivirus software installed on it. The name of the attachment may change, so be careful when opening email attachments.
