The news article is called news satire, also called fake news, and is a type of a humorous imitation presented in a format typical of mainstream journalism, and called a satire because of its content.
The fake article claims DNA was used to identity Bob Marley, but Jamaica currenlty doesn't have a DNA database and the country is still debating a DNA bill. So, the country has not yet established and is currently not operating a national DNA register.
The website www.richmondglobe.com is considered a threat because they have no disclaimer on their website and some people are taking the fake articles that they have published as authentic news.
