Currently, there is no Whatsapp Version 4.0 and the message was NOT sent by WhatsApp, but by cybercriminals, who are attempting to trick WhatsApp users into visiting survey, phishing and malicious websites, created to steal their information and infect their computers or mobile devices with viruses and malware.
