Do Not Call 888-383-6325 - It is a Fake Technical Support Number

Scammers are using the telephone number: 888-383-6325, to collect their potential victims’ information. Scammers are sending out fake email messages like the ones below, which claim that the recipients’ computers are infected with a virus, or their accounts have been flagged due to a security threat, to frighten the recipients into calling the bogus technical support number for help. But, once potential victims call the fake technical support telephone number, a person or automated system will request their personal information, financial information and online account credentials (usernames and passwords). If the requested information is entered, it will be sent to cybercriminals, who will use it to rip-off their victims
