    Just exit the page. Your computer will only get infected if, you download a file with the .exe extension file and run it. But, if you want to be on the safe side, have your anti-virus software do a full scan of your computer.

    If we encounter this fake warning are we suppose to exit the webpage? or scan the computer using our antivirus?

      Exit using task manager end process tree. Clean your computer from cookies, restart, scan.
