I am getting malicious emails from my stalking neighbour. How can I prove he is harassing myself.

Without proof, how do you know he is sending you those malicious emails?

Tracking down email messages is very hard, because there are so many free email providers to sign up with and send emails from, and so many different internet connections to use, like free WiFI at coffee shops, airports, restaurants, schools, and a lot of other places.
