The fake article claims that Mexican-American, singer, songwriter, actress, television producer, and entrepreneur, Dolores Janney Rivera,better known as Jenni Rivera, faked her death and was sentenced to 15 years in prison by a California court for fraud and money laundering. But, this is not true, because Rivera actually died in a plane crash on December 9, 2012 in Mexico.
