    But they're impossible to block because they always come from a different e-mailer.

      That is so true. My email provider correctly filters them into a junk folder, but its annoying to have to keep on blocking them when they don't use the same domain. So you can't always apply message rules to them.

      Another idea is to make sure you only receive email as text only and no html. You can always copy and paste any links you wish to use. I send and receive emails in text only, may not be 21st century style of doing things, but at least I don't get anything nasty either.

      It is not app. It is email spam. But if you think that you have a malicious Facebook app, you my <a href="/article/2013/1/7/easily-delete-or-remove-facebook-applications/">click here</a> for instructions to remove it.
