Phishing Scam - "Hotmail Security Team Warning - Unblock And Upgrade Your Account"

The email message below: "It has come to our notice that your account is not yet upgraded after several notice of verification," is a fake. This email message was NOT sent by Microsoft. The fake message is a phishing scam designed to steal your Microsoft, MSN, Hotmail, Live or Outlook user name and password. So, do not click on the links or follow the instructions in the email message.
