The Facebook post and website below: '[Shocking Video] Mermaid New Evidence:Real Mermaids Caught On Camera 2014,' are a scam created to trick Facebook users into completing surveys, "liking" or sharing the fake Facebook website: This scam lures persons to the fake website by promising to show them a video of an aquatic creature called a mermaid that was caught in LA, California,Hawaii, Egypt or elsewhere. But, there is no video.
