Beware of "Your Facebook Winning Certificate is Ready for Pick Up" Lottery Scam

Facebook users who have received the email message below with the subject: "Your Facebook Winning Certificate is Ready for Pick Up," are asked to delete it and not follow the instructions in it. The fake message is a lottery scam sent by scammers to trick Facebook users into believing that they have won the Facebook Group lottery. But, there is no Facebook lottery or promotion. Therefore, recipients of messages claiming that they are winners of Facebook lotteries should delete the messages and should not follow the instructions in them.

Subject: Your Facebook Winning Certificate is Ready for Pick Up-

Dear FB Winner,

Have you forgotten that you are one of the 2016 fiscal year winner of 900,000.00USD ? Having noticed your prize is yet un claimed, we have this opportunity to remind that your Winning Certificate is ready for collection.

Original copy will be deliverred to your address togther with the Facebook Payment Confirmation Certificate as soon as you confirm receipt of the 900,000.00USD award prize from Facebook Group.

Laxity on your side, will not be tolerated. You are adviced to contact our regional representative for copy of your Winning Certificate.

Kindly confirm him the following details;

-Gender
-Alternative email
