I have been tricked by this.

I can no longer log into Earthlink and I can no longer receive or send emails.

Every phone number and chat I have tried to fix problem seems to lead to a phony contact.

They state that they can only verify my identity if I give them the last 4 numbers of credit card that pays for the Earthlink account.

I know that this is bogus but I don’t know how to contact a real Earthlink person that can help me.

I’ve checked my credit cards account and credit reports and there have been no fraudulent activity yet.

    What should I do?
