I ordered an LOL doll Box kit for a great deal so it seemed back in Janurary 2020. I was given a tracking number and an order number. Its now September. 9 months later. Still nothing. Now it says their website cannot be reached. I would say YES ...this is a SCAM . My suggestion is DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM and if you have then contact your bank . Get your money back .

I ordered a product for my child but received a fake Luis Vuitton wallet. I have been emailing them for months. My purchase was $63 :(

I ordered a set of marvel legend figures for my son and received a fake pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. I reported this to my credit card company and emailed the site, but I think I'm out $53.

Their prices are great but do not buy anything. Their customer service number listed just rings and rings and rings. Also if you fill out an email complaint notice that the topics have not even been modified on the web page, there's still generic waiting for them to put the information in. I know it looks so great but in the end, if nobody's there at customer service it doesn't really matter.
