  • "Missing" Funds: Users frequently report that their digital balances drop unexpectedly without authorized transactions. This is often caused by transaction sync delays, app glitches, or hidden negative balances from previous cycles.
  • Forced Leftover Credit: The app forces a minimum deposit (typically $10 or $15). Because laundry prices do not perfectly divide into these numbers, users are forced to leave unspent money sitting in the app indefinitely.
  • Bluetooth and Connection Glitches: App connectivity frequently drops mid-transaction. The app often deducts funds from the user's account but fails to start the machine, forcing users to pay twice for a single load.

According to the official WASH Account Deletion Guide, you must navigate to Account > Profile > Delete Account inside the app. Once submitted, their support team will process a manual refund of your remaining balance back to your credit card and terminate the account.
