Website owners, who are registering new domain names, are receiving email messages with the subject: "Important Info About Your Newly Registered Website," asking them to pay a fee to submit their newly registered domain names to popular search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing, to increase their online presence. This message (see below) is a fake. The message was sent from websites that are known for sending spam and committing fraud, according to Web of Trust (www.mywot.com).

This email has a link in it that will take you to a bogus website that will ask you to pay a few hundred dollars to submit your website to all the popular search engines. But, submitting your website to all the popular search engines is not really necessary, or you can easily do it yourself. You should never pay someone to submit your website to search engines, because that is just a waste of your hard earned money.
