The Facebook post: "98 Percent Can't Watch More Than 15 Seconds" and website "98percent.zxq.net/" are fakes. The website was designed to look like exactly facebook's website to trick persons into believing that they are on www.facebook.com. The Facebook post is then used to lure persons from Facebook to it.

Cybercriminals are always using graphic or some unbelievable pictures to trick curious persons into clicking on a link in order to watch a video. So, be careful when you see things like this posted on your Facebook Wall or Timeline. You may also receive the post above on other social networking websites, in an email message, text message or as a pop-up advertisement.

Clicking on links that take you to malicious websites can infect your computer with a virus, Trojan horse or other malwares by just visiting them, without the need to click on or download anything.

So, be careful of what you click on when browsing the World Wide Web, better known as the internet.
