Phishing PayPal Email and Website - "Hello Dear customer"

The fake PayPal email message below, which appears as if came from paypal.com, is a phishing scam, sent to lure you to a fake website looking exactly like the legitimate website www.paypal.com. If you enter your PayPal user name and password on this website, it will be stolen by the cyber-criminals behind this scam.
