How can someone accurately determine that our website attracts limited traffic and our website is not properly promoted, without having access to our traffic logs? The thing is they cannot, and this is how we determined that this email message is a scam.

This email promises that it can give you 1st page ranking on Google, Yahoo and Bing search engines. But, this is impossible, because Google and other search engines always warn webmasters that no one can guarantee a 1st rank on their search engines. Anyone who claims that he/she can put your website on the first page of a Search Engine Result (SERP) is not telling you the truth and shouldn't be trusted.

Fake Search Engine Optimization (SEO) emails have been popping up a lot on the internet lately. There is one that was sent to search engine giants Google that claimed that they have noticed that www.google.com is not listed in most of the major searching engines and directories.

"Dear google.com,

I visited your website and noticed that you are not listed in most of the major search engines and directories..."

Imagine telling the most popular search engine in the world or even in this galaxy that their website is not listed in major search engines. This is the biggest joke ever. For information about this scam, please click here.

If you receive a copy of this fake SEO email message, please do not respond to it.
