The email message below: "Your latest statement and pre-advice of interest & charges is available online," is a phishing scam and was not sent by the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). Do not click on the links or follow the instructions in this email message, if you have received it. This is because it was designed to steal your RBS PIN, user name and password.

Clicking on the link in this email message will take you to a phishing or fake Royal Bank of Scotland website, designed to steal your RBS PIN, user name, password, your email address user name and password.
Once you have entered your Royal Bank of Scotland credentials on the fake website, it will be sent to the cybercriminals behind this scam, who will use it to gain access to your Royal Bank of Scotland account.
If you were tricked into entering your Royal Bank of Scotland PIN, user name and password on the fake RBS website by this phishing scam, please change your password and contact Royal Bank of Scotland as soon as possible.
Also, change your email address password.
