Phishing Scam - "Important Personal Security Key - How American Express Helps Protect You"
The email message below: "How American Express Helps Protect You - Please create your Personal Security Key", is a phishing scam and was not sent by American Express. The fake email message was designed to trick the recipients into clicking on a link within it that will take them to a fake American Express website. If the recipients enter their user names and passwords (login credentials) on the fake website, it will be sent to the scammers behind it, who will use it to gain access to their online accounts.
