A.G. Morgan Wealth Management Virus Email Message - Signature Required

The email message with the subject: "Signature Required" below, is malicious and was not sent by A.G. Morgan Wealth Management LLC, but instead by cyber-criminals. The email message contains a malicious attachment that will infect your computer with a virus or Trojan horse if you open it. The email message was designed to trick the recipients into believing that a dollar amount contribution was made without their consent and have them curiously open the malicious attachment, thinking they will view a form.

If you can confirm the dollar amount of the contribution you would like to make, I will make sure this gets processed.

This malicious email message has an attachment called Ticket_confirmation.zip, which contains the malicious Trojan horse file Ticket_confirmation.scr. Attempts to open this file will infect your computer with a Trojan horse or virus.

When we scanned the file Customer_Contribution_Form.zip, the following threats were detected:

Once your computer has become infected with this malicious Trojan horse, the cybercriminals behind this email message will be able to access and take control of your computer remotely from anywhere around the world. They may spy on you, use your computer to commit cyber-crimes, or steal your personal and financial information.

Now, if you have already opened this malicious attachment Customer_Contribution_Form.scr, please do a full scan of your computer with the antivirus software installed on it. The name of the attachment may change, so be careful when opening email attachments.
