Virus Email - "First NetBank Third Party Payment" from Commonwealth Bank of Australia
The email message below: "First NetBank Third Party Payment," which appears as if it came from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, stating a transfer to third party accounts has been successful from the recipients' accounts, is a fake and malicious email message. The email message was sent by cyber-criminals and not by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Also, the attachment, the instruction in the email message is asking the recipients to open, contains malware that will infect the recipients' computers if they attempt to open it.
The malware might steal sensitive information such as banking and social media account login details or make the victims' files on their computer unreadable and demand a ransom to make them readable again.

Recipients of the malicious email message are asked to delete it, and those who have been tricked into opening the malicious attachment, should use their antivirus software to do a complete or full scan of their computers.
Remember, never open an email attachment that has a name ending with ".zip" from a suspicious email message or from an email message that you were not expecting.
