The "Kroger is giving-away free 40% Off Voucher to start off the Christmas Season"" giveaway promotion below is bogus. The promotion has a link to a fake Kroger website that promises potential victims 40% Off Kroger Gift cards, if they like and share it on Facebook. The potential victims may also be asked to complete a certain amount of online surveys.

Clicking on the fake Kroger Facebook post will take potential victims to the bogus website: kroger.com-juggin.pw or kroger.com-merrychristmas.pw, where the following instructions will be displayed:

Remember, you will not receive a 40% Kroger Gift Card after completing the surveys, liking or sharing the fake promotion. The aim of the scammers behind the promotion is to trick as many Facebook users as possible into “liking”, sharing this fake Kroger promotion, and make money from the surveys that are completed by their victims.

Kroger have this to say about this scam on their Facebook page located at http://www.facebook.com/Kroger:

"Attention Kroger Customers: There is currently an unauthorized “40% off all purchases in store” offer circulating. This giveaway is not affiliated with or supported by the Kroger Co.in any way. We recommend not engaging with the site(s) that offer links to the coupon, or providing them with any personal information. Our team is actively working with Facebook and domain service providers to address the concern."

Avoid visiting the website kroger.com-juggin.pw or http://kroger.com-merrychristmas.pw,and avoid taking part in any promotion, survey or any other activities the website claims it offer. Please do not help the cyber-criminals behind the scam get rich by sharing, 'liking' or commenting on this scam.
