The email message below with the subject: "Online Bvn Notification," is a phishing scam and was not sent by FirstBank. The email message was designed to steal the recipients' FirstBank usernames, passwords, personal and financial information, by attempting to trick them into clicking on a link in it, which will take them to a fake FirstBank website.

The link in the email message goes to the fake or phishing FirstBank website:
http://bezsporno .ru/tmp/view.php,
which will ask the potential victims who clicked the link, to enter their FirstBank's username, password, credit, personal information and other security information, needed to hijack their accounts.
If the potential victims enter the information requested, it will be sent to the scammers behind the fake email and phishing website.
With the potential victims information, thee scammers will be able to gain access to their accounts, sell the information to the highest bidder and further scam the victims.in this case, the FirstBank customers can end up being victims of identity theft and credit card fraud.
If you unknowingly clicked on the link in the email message, please change your FirstBank's password immediately and contact them.
