Phishing Scam - "Mail Update - Your Sky Mail Box has Exceeded the Storage Limit"
The email message below: "Mail Update - Your Sky Mail Box has Exceeded the Storage Limit," is a phishing scam, created to steal Sky Mail user names and passwords. The email message was not sent by Sky Mail, but by cyber-criminals, whose intentions are to gain access to their victims' email accounts and use them for malicious purposes.

Subject: Mail Update.
Dear Sky User,
Your Sky Mail Box has exceeded the storage limit is 1 GB, which is defined by the administrator, you are running at 99.8 gigabytes and you can not send or receive new messages until you re-validate your mailbox.
To renew the mailbox click here

Web-mail system administrator!

The link in the email message goes to a compromised website that looks exactly like Sky Mail's sign-in screen. Once your credentials are entered on the website, it will be sent to the cyber-criminals behind the phishing email message, who will use it to hijack your account and then use it for malicious purposes.
If you have received email messages like the one above, please go directly to your email account, instead of clicking on the links in them. If there is anything wrong with your account, it will be shown to you after signing into account.
If you were tricked by one of these malicious phishing scams, please change your Sky Mail password immediately. And, if you are unable to, please contact Sky Mail immediately.
