The email message with the subject: "Pickup Your $5,000 USD Via Any Western Union Office Near You," which claims the recipients are winners in the United Nation Foundation Programs draw, is a lottery scam. The fake email message was sent by scammers, and there is no United Nation Foundation Programs lottery, sweepstakes or promotion. Every month, thousands of these email messages are sent out by scammers to trick their potential victims into stealing their personal information, financial information and money. Remember, never send your personal information to anyone in an email message or send money to someone who contacted you via email message.
Note: the scammers will change the name of the country in the fake email message.
