Lottery scammers are sending out fake and phishing email messages like the one below, to trick their potential victims in sending them their personal information, by claiming that they are winners in the Gmail and Microsoft Windows 8 lottery. But, there is no Gmail or Microsoft Windows 8 lottery. Therefore, recipients of the fake and phishing email message should delete it and never follow the instructions in it. Google, Microsoft or other legitimate organizations will never ask their users to send personal information, financial information or money in order to claim lottery prizes.
