The fake/phishing email message is being sent by cyber-criminals to steal the recipients' Apple account IDs, passwords, and credit card information. The link in the fake email message goes to phishing website disguised as Apple's genuine website. Now, victims of the phishing email message, who are unable to change their passwords because their accounts have been hijacked by cyber-criminals, should contact Apple for help.
