Lottery scammers are sending out fake Google lottery email messages, in an attempt to trick potential victims into sending them their personal information, by claiming that they are so-called winners.

Information sent to the lottery scammers by their potential victims will be used to contact them, in an attempt to further trick the same potential victims into sending money. The scammers will claim that the requested money is for taxes, delivery fees or some other fees their so-called promotion or lottery winners must pay in order to receive their prizes.

But, there is no Google lottery, reward or promotion. Therefore, online users should delete email messages requesting personal information which claim that they are winners of Google lotteries, rewards, or promotions giving away thousands or millions of dollars in prizes.
