We appreciate your acceptance to participate at the 6th International Conference on Sustainable Development with Theme "Creating a unified foundation for the Sustainable Development: "Education and Empowerment". taking place from 5-8 December, 2017 at The Queen Elizabeth II International Conference Centre (QEIICC) London, United Kingdom.

Having read your mail of interest, we accept you to this unprecedented global event. Conference registration form has been attached to this mail for you to fill and submit back at the earliest time.

If you require an entry visa into the United Kingdom, United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development will assist to issue you all necessary visa support document. We will issue you a "UN Visa Recommendation Letter" and "Visa Authorization Letter" that would permit you obtain travel visa from the British Embassy in your country. The Recommendation and Authorization letters would be issued by the scientific working committee after your registration process has been completed. Participants must be holders of their country's valid International travel Passport to be eligible for Recommendation and Visa Authorization Letter.

Be informed that Castle Gate Hotel London is the official designated hotel assigned to accommodate all Sustainable Development Conference participants because of it's concessional cheap accommodation rate, nearness to conference venue and good accommodation facilities.

SPONSORSHIP:

6th International Conference on Sustainable Development is sponsored by the United Nations Commission on Sustainable under the United Nations sponsorship program. This sponsorship covers only the following:-

a. Free flight tickets for all participant from participants country of departure to London and back to participants country of destination

b. Insurance cover throughout the duration of the conference

c. Transport shuttle for movement of participants from airport-hotel, hotel-conference venue, conference venue-hotel, hotel- tour sites in London

d. Tour to attractive sites within and outside host city (London)

United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development, will not sponsor your hotel accommodation. You shall be responsible for your accommodation with the official designated Castlegate Hotel London.

To complete your registration, download the attached conference registration form, fill it and submit back to the conference secretary with other registration documents as (pdf or jpg file) via e-mail: registration@csd-conference.org

The listed registration requirement are to be submitted together with the conference registration form at the earliest possible time.

(b) Scanned copy of participant's valid travel passport (Not less than 6 months valid)

(c) Consent/Support letter from organization (If registering as a representative of an organization). The consent letter should be written and signed on the organization letter-head paper and addressed to (The Secretary United Nations Sustainable Development Conference Scientific Working Committee)

All listed registration documents must be submitted electronically to the secretary via e-mail: registration@csd-conference.org within 7 days as stipulated on the conference registration form. Let it be known that failure to submit registration requirements within the stipulated time would be termed as self withdrawal.

Simultaneous electronic language translator would be provided to participants for this conference.

Due to visa processing period by The British Embassy and other British Visa Issueing authorities world-wide, you are advised to submit your registration requirement early. Participants registration and processing of visa support documents would be done according to time of submission.
