Facebook Down for Some Users - November 2017 - Are You Affected?
The social media network giant is currently experiencing connectivity problems. Some users are getting connection timeouts when they attempt to visit www.facebook.com. Some have lost their Newsfeed, while others cannot manage their advertisement accounts (Ad manager). For me, I cannot sign-in; I keep getting this message via Facebook's website and app when I attempt to: "Login Error: There is an error in logging you into this application. Please try again later."

"Earlier today, a networking issue caused some people to have trouble accessing Facebook services," a company representative said. "We quickly investigated and started restoring access within about an hour, and we have nearly fixed the issue for everyone. We're sorry for the inconvenience."
