Online users who have received emails like the one below, which claim that The Royal Surakarta Heritage has charged their PayPal accounts for their travel reservation hotel itinerary and ask them to cancel the booking, are asked not to follow the instructions in the same emails. This is because the emails are fakes and are being sent by online scammers and not by The Royal Surakarta Heritage.

The link in the fake emails goes to a fake PayPal website located at hxxp://payment-travelhotelz.com that steals PayPal account credentials. Therefore, PayPal users who have been tricked by the fake emails are asked to change their PayPal account passwords and check their accounts for discrepancies or fraudulent activities report them to PayPal.
