The "Office 365 Server Congestion" Phishing Scam

Recipients of the "Office 365 Server Congestion" below are asked not to follow the instructions in it because it is a phishing scam. The fake email is being sent by cybercriminals who are attempting to trick their potential victims into clicking on the link in it. The link goes to a phishing website that steals email account credentials(usernames and passwords) if the visitors attempt to sign into it.
