DEFENDANT NAME:

CASE FILE NO: 2342/23

I am Andrew Carter revenue officer form internal revenue service’s (IRS) United States consulting with Federal Tax Commission.

Herewith we are informing you, that you need to pay a penalty for not filing the income tax return prior to January 31, 2018/(that you need to pay a penalty for not filing the income tax return prior to January 31, 2018)

Please note, that IRS [Section 6038(b)(1)] determines a $3400.00 penalty to the amount of $10,000 for each [Form 5471] that is submitted after the due date stipulated for filing the income tax return, or does not comprise the comprehensive data described in [Section 6038(a)].

This is not your Local or State case this is a Federal Case and according to your case file the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) have conducted some random audit on your tax that you have filed from 2013-2017. and they have found that there are some miscalculation’s errors(that you need to pay a penalty for not filing the income tax return prior to January 31, 2018) the tax that you have filed and the tax records that we have with us does not match the total amount pending under your name is $6540.35 even and according to section 7201 of the Internal Revenue Code for that reason the local authorities with an arrest warrant can come to your door step, and when they your driver’s license will be cancelled and your property, your bank account everything will be seized.

Now, this means few things for you. If you after under any state probation or payroll we need to inform your employer/superior about these charges and what would be the consequences once the case file has been downloaded and executed under your name.

No penalty will be imposed if the company shows that the failure to file on time was due to reasonable cause.

Now one way for you to stop the critical situation which must be create against you and you will be in big trouble and you have to face legal procedure against you and It might be take more penalty and legal charges to stop all this now one way here is for you have to pay at least 40% of you rest of taxes and penalty are you ready to do this or you want to go with legal procedure

Through IRS (Internal Revenue Service) your social security number will be put on hold causing severe damage to your credit history or credit report.

Our Primary job was to notify you about the case before we send legal documents in the mail. If you take care of this out of court then we will release a clearance certificate from the court.

Do let us know what your intention

Yours sincerely

Andrew Carter

Sr. Investigation Officer.
