Here is another Benin Republic scam being sent by online scammers or thieves to potential victims. Firstly, the scammers trick potential victims into sending them their personal information by claiming there are millions of dollars waiting for them in some boxes. In these hard times, no one giving away so much money, so do not be fooled. Secondly, the scammers then ask their potential victims to send money, which they will claim is for taxes or other fees in order to collect their so-called free. But, if the money is sent, the scammers will take it and disappear, leaving the victims without the money the money they were promised.
Remember, never send personal information to anyone who requests via unsolicited email, and never send money to anyone who claim you have to do so in order to receive a money or a lottery prize.
