Texts from 513-815-8461 - the Messages are Being Sent by Scammers

Online users, be aware of links in text messages from 513-815-8461 that go to fraudulent forms on the legitimate website www.wufoo.com. The fraudulent forms are created by scammers who are attempting to trick their potential victims into submitting their personal, credit card and other sensitive information. Once the scammers receive the information, they will use it fraudulently.

The scammers may use the names of legitimate companies to trick their potential victims into believing the form is legitimate.

Nestle.wufoo.com

The link to the form above was not created by Nestle, but by scammers. The form has since been taken down by wufoo.com.

Remember, be careful of unsolicited emails or text messages with links to online forms that request sensitive information. And report suspicious or fraudulent forms to wufoo.com, so they may take them down.
