The "Mail Service Restriction Permanent Deactivation" email below is a phishing scam. Threfore, online users are asked not to follow the instructions in it. They should delete it delete instead. This is because the email is being sent by cybercriminals to trick the recipients into clicking on the link in it, which goes to a phishing website that steals email account credentials(username and password).
