The fake "Citizens Bank An Error Occurred While Processing Your Request" email is a phishing scam. The fake email is being sent by cybercriminals to trick recipients into visiting a phising website that steals account credentials(username and password). Recipients of the fake email who have already been tricked by it, are asked to change their passwords and contact Citizens Bank for help.
