Therefore, the email message below, which claims that the recipients are lottery winners in the same so-called lottery or promotion, is a scam. The email message was NOT sent by Apple, but by cyber-criminals/scammers who are attempting to trick their potential victims into sending them money or personal information in order to collect their so-called lottery prize.
