Square Up Info Scam Emails Sent by Online Scammers

The fake email below is just one of the many Square Up email scams being sent by online scammers to their potential victims. Therefore, recipients are asked not to follow the instructions in it. Remember, Square will never ask you to provide sensitive information such as your username, password, social security number, full bank account details, or payment card information via email, phone, or text message. And, if you believe you called a fraudulent number for Square or if you receive a suspicious phone call, do not provide any personal or account information, just hang up immediately.
