Fake Yahoo Account Suspension Emails and Websites Created by Cybercriminals
Yahoo users who have received fake emails like the one below, which claim their accounts will be suspended due to a complaint, are asked to delete the emails and should not follow the instructions in them. This is because the fake emails are phishing scams created by cybercriminals to trick recipients into clicking on the links in them, which go to a fake Yahoo website.
The links go to the following fake Yahoo websites:
- mail-yahoooo.com
- mail-yahoo.icu
If visitors to the fake websites attempt to sign in, their credentials will be sent to the cybercriminals behind the scam, who will steal credentials to gain illegal access to their potential victims' accounts, hijack and use the accounts fraudulent.

Also the system may ask you to enter a captcha (set of symbols, numbers, and letters), to protect against automated spamming.
