My Personal Review of DHGate Online Store
Buyers might want to beware when ordering from DHGate.com. I ordered dresses from this site not too long ago based on a picture displayed on their website. The items that came were not anywhere near what I ordered. Dresses turned out to manufactured somewhere in China where they hardly speak nor understand English. I disputed the charges taken out from my credit card - but they apparently wanted the items back before it can be refunded.
Problem is they won't issue a return Label to save me the shipping cost of about $86.00 per item (as they were apparently from 2 separate places in China). No one at DHGate can be contacted by phone - email conversations are linked to the China website of the manufacturers where they were giving me endless runarounds.
