"PayPal Just Changed Your Password Call 1890 943 220" Scam

Recipients of the fake "PayPal Just Changed Your Password" email below, which asks them to call 1890 943 220, are asked not to do so. This is because the fake email is a phishing scam, where potential victims are asked to disclose their PayPal credentials over the telephone. PayPal users who have already been tricked by the scam are asked to change their PayPal password and report any discrepancy found in their accounts PayPal.

Never share your password with anyone.

Create passwords that are hard to guess and don’t use personal information. Be sure to include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

Use different passwords for each of your online accounts.
