There is no "Online Lotto E-mail Addresses Selected from a Database of Internet E-mail Users" lottery, therefore, recipients are of the fake emails claiming they are winners in the same lottery are asked not to follow the instructions in them. The fake emails are being sent by lottery scammers who are attempting to trick their potential victims into sending them money for a lottery that doesn't exist.
