Facebook users who have received fake messages claiming they are winners in the "Facebook Financial Empowerment Program ®2019" are asked not to follow the instructions in them. This is because there is no such "Facebook Financial Empowerment Program ®2019" lottery that is giving away thousands or millions of dollars. And, the fake messages are being sent by lottery scammers who are attempting to trick their potential victims into sending them personal information and money.
