Is panera.net a Fake Outlook Live Chat Online Support?

The website, panera.net, is fake Outlook technical support website. Online users are asked not to use the fake website. There are a few other websites with the same design but with a different domain name. Online users who have already been tricked by the fake technical support website are asked to change their passwords. And, for those who have sent credit card information, are asked to contact their bank for help. They should let their bank know that they have unknowingly used their credit card on a fraudulent website.
