Vipsurvivalacademy.com gives misleading information regarding the merchandise. Merchandise is often advertised as "free to the first number of people who request it." Sometimes merchandise really is free, but when I requested the tactical backpack "free to the first 85 responders" with a charge of $14.98 for shipping”, I later got an invoice for $49.99 for the backpack. I wanted to return the backpack, but there is no return shipping or billing information. I contacted Richard Marshall’s site where I had placed the order. I was given another site that had no contact information and return information. I have no way of contacting these people so I can return the backpack and get a credit for the $49.99. I think their advertising is misleading and they are deliberately refusing to give contact information. At this time, I cannot trust this site.
