There is no "National Compensation Funds Lottery (NCFL)" like the one below, therefore, recipients of fake emails which claim they are winners in the same lottery are asked not to follow the instructions in them. The fake emails are being sent by lottery scammers who are attempting to trick their potential victims into sending them money. The scammers will claim the money is for taxes or fee, but if the money is sent, the scammers will take it and disappear and leave their victims without the prize or money they were promised.
