Fake Amazon Websites Created using the 16Shop Phishing Toolkit

The Amazon Prime Day Sale 2019 has started and Cybercriminals are creating fake or phishing Amazon websites or online stores to trick Amazon customers into visiting them. The fake websites steal Amazon credentials if visitors attempt to sign into them thinking they are on the legitimate Amazon website located at www.amazon.com.

To protect against phishing scams, Amazon customers are advised to turn on Two-Step Verification and should check to ensure that they are on Amazon legitimate before attempting to sign-in.
