There is no "United Nation Executive Council did its Raffle Draw," therefore, recipients of emails claiming they have won thousands of millions of dollars in the same raffle draw, are asked not to follow the instructions in them. The fake emails are being sent by lottery scammers who are attempting to trick their potential victims into sending them money for a fake raffle draw or lottery.
